About Naomi Wilsey
Naomi Wilsey is an artist and art teacher focusing on nature and the natural world.
Naomi Wilsey, a working artist for over 30 years, paints primarily in watercolors. Her subject matter, influenced by nature includes traditional landscapes, florals and still life paintings. She also uses watercolors and inks in the manner of Japanese brush painting known as “sumi-e.” Naomi’s work experience includes graphic design, marketing and art education. Judging art exhibits and teaching workshops are ways she shares her art experience and knowledge. She is a long-time resident of Needham where she paints and teaches art in her home studio. Her award-winning work has been shown in community, gallery and national exhibits in group and solo exhibits.
